Appalachian Integrations ("Appalachian," "we," "us") is Appalachian Integrations LLC, a Virginia limited liability company. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what your rights are. We try to collect as little as possible.
Information you give us through the contact form or by email:
Information collected automatically on this website:
This site uses no marketing cookies, no advertising trackers, no social media pixels.
If you become a customer, we may also collect billing address and payment method (stored by Stripe — we never store credit card numbers ourselves), site access and network information needed to perform the work (codes, keys, credentials, network details), and project records and as-built documentation.
We do not sell or rent your information. We do not share it with marketing partners.
Quote requests that do not become engagements: up to 24 months. Engagement records (contracts, invoices, project and as-built documentation): 7 years for tax and legal recordkeeping. Server logs: typically 30–90 days.
If you give us access codes, keys, or network/system credentials, we treat them as confidential and do not share them outside our crew. After a project or support relationship ends, we recommend you rotate those credentials within 30 days.
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccuracies, or ask us to delete it. Some records (invoices, contracts) we are legally required to keep — we'll explain if a request runs into that. Email [email protected].
We use commercially reasonable measures including HTTPS in transit and access controls. No internet service is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
This is a business and property service. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Material changes will be communicated by email to active customers. The "Last updated" date will reflect the most recent change.
